Our Mission
The Village Inc.: A Natural Food Cooperative is a center for natural living that aims to:
- Empower the community to improve its health and well-being;
- Provide healthful food and environmentally sound products at an affordable price, thereby increasing access for underserved urban populations;
- Provide locally produced and organic goods whenever possible;
- Provide education on cooperative principles, sustainable living, environmental conservation, personal health and consumer issues.
- Establish beneficial relationships within the local community and the global cooperative movement.
